Recruiting Agencies Complete a Merger


K&G Recruiting LLC, a national mortgage industry recruiting firm, has merged with Asset Recruiting LLC.

The company said the move strengthens its management team and Western U.S. presence.

As part of the merger, Asset Recruiting president and founder Chris Stanzione will take on the role of national sales manager for K&G Recruiting and will be responsible for all day-to-day recruiting activities of the national K&G Recruiting team. Mr. Stanzione opened Asset Recruiting in 2003. AR has focused on recruiting for large wholesale lenders in the Western United States.

K&G Recruiting is a national mortgage industry specific recruiting firm and sources candidates for all positions and levels, both in sales and operations. Clients range from large national wholesale lenders to local retail brokers.

The company's philosophy is "to develop long-term partnerships with their clients in order to fully understand their culture, their business philosophies and their growth strategies." This then allows K&G to utilize its "career agent" approach to top candidates and assist them in securing positions that are "a match for their career goals and that possess the key requirements for them to be both happy and successful."
