PushMX Software Launches New Version of Flagship Application
By James Comtois
SANTA CLARA, CA-PushMX Software, an automated workflow software provider
and mortgage division of Cloudbreak Software Inc. here, has shipped the latest version of its flagship PushMX Production
application.
The new version, 4.0, adds paperless document management as well
as a service provider interface allowing mortgage professionals to track document requests and order status.
The company created these new features based on customer feedback
requesting additional mortgage processes in PushMX's workflow system. "Integrating document management is
a significant extension of the PushMX Production workflow platform," said Dean Haritos, chief executive of
PushMX.
"By linking digital documents with workflow, customers now
have activities and documentation at their fingertips throughout the loan origination process," he added.
The company built upon its web communications platform to provide
mortgage professionals, vendors, partners and borrowers with a secure web-enabled document visibility system that
allows every mortgage office to operate in a paperless environment.
With PushMX Production's web communications, mortgage professionals
can provide 24/7 password-secured access to loan status, upcoming deliverables and now documentation.
Along with the document management features, a new interface
offers access to preferred service providers through PushMX Production, allowing users to order services during
the loan process and then track fulfillment.
PushMX Production version 4.0 was announced at the Mortgage Bankers
Association's National Technology in Mortgage Banking Conference 2008 in Dallas.
Separately, PushMX and Equity National Title, a national title
and settlement service provider, have created a strategic partnership to provide access to title services through
PushMX Production. Equity National Title is the first to participate in PushMX's service provider interface, which
allows users to order services during the loan process as well as track fulfillment through PushMX Production.
This partnership was also announced at the MBA's National Technology
in Mortgage Banking Conference in Dallas.
