Pricing Vendor Updates Search Capabilities By Anthony Garritano SearchMyLoan.com (SML), a provider of loan search and pricing services for the mortgage industry, has made enhancements to its current search and pricing engine for a more comprehensive and specific loan search. The upgraded search engine now offers the ability to rank lenders in a preferred order, choose either wholesale or correspondent lenders from a “lender availability list,” print pre-approval certificates and access rate sheets for specific products listed within the search results. The platform also is now fully integrated with more than 168 credit reporting agencies, which enables the user to import or run credit from within the SearchMyLoan platform for a more accurate result. Also included within the new platform is an advertising engine for lenders, vendors and credit providers on the SearchMyLoan.com website, which displays links to the advertised company’s websites as well as a brief summary of the highlighted programs the financial institution is promoting. SearchMyLoan’s platform provides comprehensive search and pricing for every loan type, such as a-paper, alt-A and subprime loans. The new features to the system expand the loan search capabilities in order to quickly identify the “best fit” loan. “The expanded search criteria provided by the upgrade yields pinpoint accurate results, which more closely match originators’ needs and meticulously screens out loans that are not applicable,” said Salvatore Tomaselli, CEO of SearchMyLoan.com. “The upgrades are part of our commitment to our subscribers to provide the most accurate search results possible.” SearchMyLoan.com (Port Washington, N.Y.) provides loan search and pricing services to mortgage brokers and bankers of all sizes.
