a la mode Intros Lead Routing Features for Broker XSites
By James Comtois
As a means of allowing small- to medium-sized brokers quickly and effectively
route and manage leads, a la mode, a developer of desktop, mobile and web tools for the real estate and mortgage
industries, has added advanced lead management and lead routing features to its Broker XSites product line.
"Broker after broker tells us that half the leads coming
into their office don't get followed up on," said Rusty Lindquist, a la mode's vice president of broker and
agent products. "That's in large part due to leads getting sent to the wrong people."
Grouped lead routing with Broker XSites allows brokers to automatically
send web leads to the agents most qualified to close them, based on property type, geographic area, or other pre-defined
criteria. Additionally, grouped routing allows brokers to distribute leads to auto-marketing systems like a la
mode's XSellerate.
Though available to real estate brokerages of any size, Broker
XSites are specifically targeted to the needs of small to-mid-size brokers. The grouped lead routing works to ensure
the right leads get to the right people for the right attention, which can dramatically decrease dropped leads
and help a small broker's bottom line.
Equal and weighted distributions of leads are accommodated, for
instance if a broker wants to reward top producers with more or better leads. Grouped routing allows agents to
be excluded from certain types of leads as well.
Built on the company's XSites' engine, a la mode can push out
updates to nearly 100,000 XSites users with no effort on the brokers' part to install or upgrade, and at no additional
cost. "With Broker XSites, brokers and agents have the tools to be nimble, enabling them to adapt and change
quickly, and without incurring additional costs," Mr. Lindquist added.
Previously, custom lead routing engines were built according
to rules that were expensive and difficult to change. A reliable lead routing system is also an important recruiting
advantage for brokers, enabling them to promise better quality, hotter leads to producers.
The new features were unveiled the lead-routing feature during
November's "NARdi Gras," the National Association of Realtors' Annual Conference & Expo in New Orleans.
