PushMX Makes Technology Installation EasyBy Anthony Garritano San Jose, Calif.-based PushMX Software released PushMX BoxOffix, an easy-to-implement productivity and workflow management appliance for mortgage professionals who use Calyx Point, at the National Association of Mortgage Brokers annual convention in Philadelphia. PushMX BoxOffix is an automated mortgage productivity solution packaged as an easy-to-install network-attached appliance. BoxOffix makes it easy to implement PushMX productivity solutions in minutes and automatically integrates them with Calyx Point. Even an untrained clerical employee can easily unpack the BoxOffix appliance, plug in a network cable and a power cable, and turn on the power, according to PushMX. Specifically, everything has been pre-installed and pre-configured at the PushMX support center prior to shipment. There is no software to install, no confusing setup steps to follow and no system configuration to perform. The PushMX BoxOffix delivers all the features and functions of PushMX, a suite of automated mortgage productivity, workflow and pipeline management applications, automatically integrates PushMX with pre-existing Calyx Point loan files, connects to existing computers and networks using no additional hardware, provides scalability and expandability by easily adding new users at any time and minimizes information technology integration efforts. "We believe that mortgage companies should be spending their time processing loans and marketing their services to new buyers, not learning how to become IT experts," said Dean Haritos, CEO of PushMX. "PushMX BoxOffix can become completely operational within 20 to 40 minutes after it arrives on your doorstep. When you compare that to other mortgage software solutions that require anywhere from six hours to six weeks to become fully implemented, the advantages of BoxOffix become very obvious. "The main focus was on developing a tool that would deliver superior features easily. Some users will choose this for its flexibility, while others will be interested for disaster recovery concerns. Given recent events users are looking for technology like this that will allow them to have a mobile office that can withstand Mother Nature." In addition, PushMX offers users professional services where the company will send an executive in to analyze the broker's business, reconfigure the operations and provide professional guidance. "We're moving from a software company to a solutions provider," said Mr. Haritos. "The market downturn is creating more business opportunities for companies with web-based technology because people are using it as a differentiator." PushMX tools includes a Web-based customer communications system that helps originators stay in touch with their borrowers and leverage those all-important relationships with realtors. Mortgage company management reporting functions within PushMX give brokers visibility into their day-to-day operations and allow them to track critical business metrics that show just how well their companies are running and where management attention is needed most. PushMX also enables mortgage companies to apply best practice management techniques to optimize their bottom lines, with an integrated suite of reports. PushMX analytical reports leverage business performance metrics inspired by leading Fortune 1000 companies and adapts them for the mortgage industry to show mortgage professionals how well their companies are running and where management attention is needed most. |
