Commercial Lending
NAF/NCF Offering Mentoring Program for Brokers
'One can hit the ground running.'
By James Comtois
Joe Mardesich, president and CEO of National Apartment Finance and Nationwide
Commercial Funding here, has developed a commercial mortgage mentoring program for residential mortgage brokers
wishing to enter the commercial market.
According to Mr. Mardesich, the Commercial Mortgage Mentor Program is a program
for people looking to become commercial mortgage brokers. The program provides access to commercial loan programs
for almost every property type with strong rates, terms and rebate pricing. There are no net worth or previous
commercial loan volume requirements.
The CMMP also offers real-world training through CDs and manuals, in-house processing
support, and one-on-one training and guidance from loan originators, processors and underwriters. Participants
will get exclusive updates and a "members only" website that keeps one on top of all the current developments
as they occur. "With this program, one can hit the ground running and make a highly attractive six-figure
income in the burgeoning commercial mortgage business. One doesn't have to buy property, fix up property, or have
any of the headaches associated with being a landlord. One simply puts together deals and makes very handsome commissions.
It's one of the most effective ways of becoming a millionaire in real estate without having to own any real property,"
said Mr. Mardesich.
Here's an example of how this works: A broker recently sent his loan request information
to Mr. Mardesich, but also included a written quote his borrower had given him from a large, household-name commercial
lender he had already been talking with. It was a very strong quote. Within a day, Mr. Mardesich's company had
provided a conditional approval on the deal that beat the other lender handily. The borrower readily signed it.
They now have the deal in process, and it will fund in about a month. There's a nice rebate on the deal.
In addition, as part of the mentoring program, participants will learn how to
put together commercial loan packages that fly through loan committees, the business jargon, copies of real loan
submission packages that got approved and an underwriting tutorial.
After participating in the CMMP, one will be able to help finance such projects
as apartment buildings, office buildings, retail outlets, assisted-living facilities, mobile home parks, warehouses,
self-storage facilities and hotels. Brokers interested in participating in the mentoring program can visit www.nationwidecommercialfunding.com for registration information.
